Don't know if this is the program for me, help!

Hi everyone,
I really need a new program to keep me going and to help me with these last 10 lbs. My issue is, I live in an apartment building and can't really jump around due to neighbors. I got a complaint while doing the 30 day shred. I do have a gym membership and use it frequently, but I want something I can do in the morning before work when I can't get my butt out of bed and to the gym.
My questions is, is there a lot of jumping movements with each work out in this program or can I do the strength moves and use the gym a few times a week for cardio? Also, what equipment do you need?

The 3 main workouts don't have any jumping. There's a little in the intervals workout but nothing insane. I live in an apartment and do it. If you were concerned you could always swap that workout out with the gym or some other form of cardio.
For equipment you need some dumbbells. I'm sure you can find some sets off Craigslist or something for pretty cheap. You can also use resistance bands instead of weights. That's it.
It's a great program. I'd recommend it for sure!0 -
