Another bulletproof coffee question...AM workouts...

Yesterday, I had my first cup of bulletproof coffee (I used organic coffee, 1T organic unsalted butter and 1T organic coconut oil). I drank it at about 6:30AM - did not do a morning workout - and was not hungry all morning - ended up having lunch around 1PM - no morning snacks.

Today, I drank 1/2 cup of bulletproof coffee with a banana on my way to my CrossFit session (not ready to try CrossFit on an empty stomach!). I had a good, intense workout and finished the rest of the coffee on my way home.....I was very hungry once I got to work, so had some greek yogurt. I'm very hungry now so thinking early lunch.

I know it's hard to know what to expect on only day 2, but does anyone have experiences to share with the bulletproof coffee and morning workouts?

    Good job on giving it a try.
    I can't say I've done bulletproof then a workout ever. But I do know - after a good cf workout - I am so hungry.. so I eat more. I'm hoping some of it turns into muscle :)

    Day 3 with bulletproof coffee - I did what I did yesterday, banana & 1/2 my coffee before CrossFit (which was a beast named Eva today!)...after the workout, I finished my coffee but also drank a low carb protein shake....will see how that helps with the hunger I felt all day long yesterday!
