Starting Ripped in 30...again

Apparently, I start "weeks" on Wednesdays! Yesterday is 30 days before my community theater production of "Cabaret" opens, and I'd really love to tighten up a little bit before dancing on stage in a chemise! So, did Week 1 of RI 30. My goal is to do each workout 4 times during the week, so I have scheduled several possible times, giving me a little leeway. I even wrote down the exercises so I can bring the workout to the gym at my office and do it there at lunchtime. Plans this week are to do the work out today and tomorrow at lunch, then either Sunday or Monday (or both, if time allows) Good luck this week, everyone

I'm going to begin Ripped in 30 tomorrow for the first time, hopefully all goes well. I just finished the 30 day shred, so I'm hopeing that this goes well also.0
