How accurate, or otherwise, is the BMR calculator on MFP?

I ask because the MFP calculator gives me a BMR of 1675, and a few other online resources seem to be saying between 1705 and 1715... 40-50 calories isn't so much, but I'd like to be reasonably accurate about this!

MFP is relatively stingy, compared to other calculators.0

Thanks Meerkat! Think I'm going to stick out the rest of this week as I am, and then change the numbers before I go away next week, when I'll have less control over my food, and probably less focused exercise anyway. That way I'll stay under goal with logging, and see if I can break this darn plateau properly!0
