Should you exercise in DD and if you do, should you eat those cal back?

    I am not entirely sure what would the right answer be... but I personally don't. I never eat back the exercise calories, whether its DD or UD... mainly because Im never sure if my intake and exercise numbers are truly correct so I try to stay on the safe side.
