Paleo and Supplements/Vitamins

Hello Paleo MFPers,
I'm curious about your thoughts on Vitamins and Supplements, and which ones your take daily and why.
I had a nice concoction of vitamins that I had to stop for a week in order to conduct medical tests (Vitamin D, B, Calcium, Probiotic, Chromium, Fish Oil, and thyroid support). After that week "off my meds", I felt like total garbage.
I'm curious if you have found your "sweet spot" with supplementation and what it consists of.
Thanks!

I love my daily supplements.
Coq10 ubiquinol from Costco actually.
Vitamin D 5000 ius, men's multi and an opc forums all from nutrametrix. It's expensive but powdered and love it.
Then I take a bunch of omega 3 twice a day.
I can seriously feel the difference.0 -
I think supplements are a great addition. Of course not as a replacement for nutrition we should be getting from food, but to boost the vitamin and mineral counts we're consuming.
multivitamin
magnesium
potassium (I've always had low potassium on blood tests even if I eat potassium rich food. My doc said I may have trouble absorbing it so it'd be nice if I can absorb it better once my gut heals from the years of SAD)
calcium (which is important for me since I don't do dairy)
vitamin D
vitamin B complex
vitamin C
acidophilus
fish oil
biotin (I've taken this for a long time but I don't think it was being absorbed well since its only just now really starting to make my nails grow, my hair shiny and stronger and clear up my skin)
MCT oil in my coffee0 -
I take a multivitamin and those chocolate calcium chews.0

Vitamin D (10,000 IU)
Omega 3 fish oil
Ovablend (PCOS)
Adrenal (thyroid)
Selenium (thyroid)
gummy multivitamin (only one that doesn't make me sneezy/nauseated)
Cod liver oil (if joints hurt only)
Kava (stress)
Gabatone (stress)
Vitamin K (skin redness)
That's what I take for PCOS/Hashimoto's/massive stress and anxiety and is actually what I was taking before I started going paleo. Vitamin K was recommended by my esthetician and has helped with a lot of the redness (and Stila concealer fixes the rest).0
