Day 3

Alright! I finished day 3 and it was sooooo hard to finish. My body is not used to such intense working out hahaha.

The work out seemed to go by faster then the first 2 and I'm already noticing a difference in strength. I can keep up with the push ups and sit ups, i can keep up with the cardio. etc.

Its nice to FEEL myself getting stronger. But I'm also sore like crazy. My Legs ACHE and my Arms are SORE. But After the workout its seems to loosen everything up and i feel quite a bit less sore.

So far so good!

    Today was so hard. Physically i could BARELY walk up and down the stairs at my house. It was so painful to squat on the toilet, get in and out of the car. etc. Anything that required me to squat or do anything involving my knees/thighs, i was in intense pain. I had to pop a few advil just to make it bearable.

    girlsI missed yesterdays workout but will be doubling up today to be at day 3 level1 so good luck to me on that one LOL! Great job all you!

    My back is killing me today! ouch! But even thought im getting my butt kicked i have a stupid smile and feel good hahaha
  • just did day 3, and holy jelly legs trying to up and down stairs doing laundry! i totally agree it went faster and i found i could do more push ups and jumping jacks, everything really. and i start my wk 5 of c25k tomorrow so hopefully that will loosen my muscles up right away
