I enjoy interval workouts on the treadmill during my weekly fitness schedule. I usually opt for 3-4 days of cardio and include many these along with a strength training routine. Sometimes, straight running can be boring and you feel like you are on the treadmill forever. I now leave my weekends for my long-runs and spice things up during the week with these:

To get in an hour of cardio I usually pick 2! The combination below came out to be about 6.15 miles!
