Need some eating clean tips/motivation!

So, I've been trying to eat clean and so far I would say I am about 60% clean. Some days are better. I know the benefits of eating clean, but somehow, my old habits creep back into my food diary. What are your tips are transitioning to eating clean? I do not exect to be 100% but would love an 80/20. Is there a go to food you have that keeps you balanced and on track every day? Any tips are appreciated :smile:

    I started trying to clean up my diet back in December. I've discovered that I really enjoy eating fruits and vegetables.Unfortunately, I also love to mindlessly snack. I started only choosing fruits or vegetables for my munchie attacks; I didn't limit myself, I ate until I was satisfied. I honestly have changed my taste to actually prefer these healthy options; I used to devour baked lays like it was my job...I don't even miss eating them anymore. Crazy but true..Good Luck!
