Making the transition between levels...

My sister and I were doing the 30 day shred, and level one was tough at first but quickly became do-able. When we moved to level 2, we found that the level of difficulty increased so much that we both lost momentum and quit. (Plank jacks? Seriously?)

I know that exercise is supposed to be hard. ;-) It's work. I actually very much like the physical challenge. But feeling like I was going to throw up was a bit too much for me. I want it to be hard and challenge me, not make me lose all motivation because it's too hard.

How did you get through the transitions?
