I obsessively count calories and exercise to exhaustion
I eat uncontrollably
I eat until I am uncomfortable, even sick feeling
I eat when I'm tired
I eat when I'm stressed
I treat myself with unhealthy foods
Feelings of guilt and shame accompany every "cheat day"
I'm good all week and blow everything on the weekend
I sometimes sneak food
I uncontrollably binge on sweets and high fat food
On cheat days I eat when I'm not hungry
I feel compelled to clean my plate and not waste food. If I can't eat it all, I take leftovers and make an additional "cheat day" so it doesn't go to waste
I feel out of control around food
I think about food and my weight constantly
