Hahaha Since i Just Jumped right into this workout regimen, I have been doing a new level EVERY DAY. Tuesday was Level 1, Wednesday was Level 2, Thursday was level 3, Friday was Level.. Hey Wait... Where's 4? did I miss Something? Lol

I didnt realized you do Level 1 for 10 days, then Level 2 for 10 days and same with level 3 for the last 10 days. I have been SO SORE! I was like " dang this is hard!!! I can BARELY do 3!"

Oh my goodness. =)

Silly Amber =D

So now that ive done all 3 levels. I'm going to switch it up a little bit. I'm going to do Level 1 then the next day level 2, and then the next day level 3 and just keep up with that pattern. =)

I better get some GOOD results.

Oh my gosh Amber! Hahaha poor you! I feel so sorry for you. But still, I bet that kick-started your metabolism a bit!!!

I've just finished day 2 of the 30 day shred :) I decided to be more conventional and simply repeat level 1 again ;) It was tough today, but not as tough as yesterday. I think I'm getting used to it quickly!

I was in soooo much pain yesterday. I could barely walk lol. On the days that I need the easier of the three workouts, I will diffidently do level 1 lol

I was so confused lol I'm like "there's no way I can do this and if it keeps getting harder and harder!". Thank god it won't get any harder then yesterdays level 3 hahaha

Totally. I'm really not sure if you should alternate between the 3 workouts though... The idea is that you are supposed to do level 1 over and over and over again until you are completely happy and comfortable with it, have mastered every move completely, can keep perfectly in time with the ladies, and don't have to pause at any point through the workout. Then and only then are you supposed to move on to level 2. For most people it takes 10 days per level which is why it's called the 30 day shred but you are supposed to keep going even past the 10 days if you haven't got it yet. So I don't think it would be very healthy for you to switch back and forth between them :( that might prove to be a bit too much of a shock to your system

True. The last thing I want to do is injure myself trying to keep up.
