If I use this for my husband would it calculate correctly or are the calculations different for females?? Just curious. Thanks :)

    I would think the calcs would be different for males as they have an overall higher calorie need than females - lucky buggers.

    I would this do too...darn men!! I am curious about the 1.6 or 1.9 in the book that they are x our calories with. Same x 1.6 or 1.8 for men? I"think" I did his resting rate and calculating it by 1.6 gave him about 3000 calories...I thought it was high and am curious if I x thy by a smaller number or not.

    I know I'm confusing...:noway:

    Do you two eat the calories calculated by her excel sheet? I think I will (as it is easiest) but was wondering what others do.
