I have been trying to get to this for the past 2 or 3 months because i actually need to train for a 10k. the 10k is in 2 months. i need to keep an average of a 15 min mile pace. This is the true go...pace and stamina. I thought the C25k would be the best place to start. It helps to need to watch the time on the treadmill. It made the whole thing go a little faster because i had to keep watching the time and change up what i was doing. Hurrah for week 1 day 1
