I remember reading about it somewhere but I can't find it now.
How important is consistency during reset? How bad is it if you go OVER your TDEE? Is it just as bad as staying under?

Consistency is KEY!
If you go a little over occasionally, no big deal. BUT if you continually go over you will gain (we do this intentionally when we bulk for building muscle).0 -

I think that as long as your weekly average is right around your TDEE you should be good. If you have the MFP iphone or ipad app, you can see your weekly average easily.0
