My no scale victory this week....well it's not stepping on the scale at all, especially since I've been doing a maintenance week to jump start my metabolism! I'm back to a cut tomorrow and will not step on the scale for another week. I'm so much happier when I focus on other aspects of this lifestyle.
And another NSV...yesterday I did my second 5k race. And my time....31:19!!! On July 14th I ran my first ever 5k at a little more than 35 minutes. I haven't lost much weight since then but my quicker time is a testament to the muscles I'm building in my legs. I just feel stronger all around!

Well done on keeping away from the scales, they are scarcely powerful!!!! Also congrats on bringing the time down in your run, sounds like you are getting your priorities right.0
