Week 8 Training Block 2: Recovery Phase

Do your best and forget the rest! The next weigh-in check-in will be on the week of the 26th (Next week).

Day 1 Yoga X
Day 2 Core Synergistics
Day 3 Kenpo X
Day 4 X Stretch
Day 5 Core Synergistics / Cardio X
Day 6 Yoga X
Day 7 Rest or X Stretch

    Just completed Yoga X. I was kinda bummed, because I thought it was the usual Core Syn. So, I got psyched to do the long Yoga X and did me some Zumba for a little cardio afterwards. I went onto Team Beachbody to log this exercise and saw a third one for today...Core Syn. I removed it. I think it was an error.

    I'm starting to burn some calories and lose on the scales again. I found that I needed to eat "more" Tomorrow is the official weigh in for me.

    Couldn't face the 2 YOGA sessions back to back so did stretch on Monday.Then Core synergists today.Have been travelling since Sunday, so absolutly no energy left by the end of this workout.I was lying in the Kenpo stretch and thought " I could just stay here and sleep now".Early night for me :yawn:
    Those weigh ins seem to be coming up very fast !!!

    Fizzy that's ok yoga will do that to you lol. Yeah the weigh ins are on the 15th midway and at the end of each phase. After this weigh in there are 2 left then it's OVER!! can't wait :wink:

    Kenpo done too! but I don't think I'm doing yoga again smh not a fan. I don't enjoy it and will give up. I like yoga but yoga X has become way too dreadful. Might do Cardio X.

    Maybe if it was a shorter work out it would be more appealing.I'll try and get through it.

    I did 30 Day Shred before this so I might go back to Julian workouts and do Ripped in 30. I might want to do Insanity in the future.

    Wow, this week went by fast! Maybe only because I'm employed now, and spend 40 hours out of my home ... any who, keeping the cardio strong for "rest week"
