Is there anyone who is still active in this group? I did the Leptin Reset back in January with good results. A whole bunch of stuff has happened since then, and I'm going to be doing it again at the beginning of September, then I'll be following it up with a Primal lifestyle with minimal dairy.

    Didn't realize this group was so small! Maybe I'll move on to a Paleo group, those might be more active!
