I am starting my leptin reset Jan 13th, 2012 I have lost 130 pounds and have a strong appetite still so this seems ideal to assist ongoing weight loss. Welcome everyone. Is there anyone who is still active in this group? I did the Leptin Reset back in January with good results. A whole bunch of stuff has happened since then, and I'm going to be doing it again at the beginning of September, then I'll be following it up with a Primal lifestyle with minimal dairy.
Art DeVany has been reporting great success improving leptin sensitivity using fasted sprinting (either on a stationary cycle, or even hill sprints, etc...) No eating before, and no eating after. No post workout food. Be hungry for a bit :) Just thought to share. Art is the original paleo man and kicking ass.
I see that the recommendation is 50-75 grams of protein in the morning. What is the best way to get this much protein? I've been looking into bacon, eggs, ham, and sausage, but I don't know if I can eat enough of all that to get to the 50-75 goal. Suggestions?
