Hi! Joining this group a little late, but I completed W2D2 today. A question for the group: when you log in your exercise in myfitnesspal, how many calories do you put for the ripped in 30 workout? Thanks and hope everyone has a great week!0

Welcome cindove! I have a heart rate monitor...so i log my calories by that. I guess you could log it as circuit training, but I'm not sure how accurate it will be! Hope this helps!0

I forgot to log my last workout Level 2 yesterday (5 workouts total and 2 rest days in there). On to Level 3 later today.0
