I can't wait until ...

Need to vent a minute with a little NSV I'm chasing:

I can't wait until my shirt stops creeping up to my boobs while I'm running. Nobody needs to see my doughy middle bouncing around while I'm trying to get fit by 40! I suppose I could tuck it in, but the visual on that is almost equally unnerving.

Just sayin' ... that will be a good day!

AS someone else with a 'doughy' middle I can say my shirt never rides up. You need a longer or a looser shirt

Ya, no problems with long loose t-shirts, but I prefer to wear shelf-bra tanks for the added support. They are typically compression-fit though, and when you combine the slippery fabric they're made of with a less-than-perfect body shape, you get the nightshade effect. But thanks for the tip!

LOL at 'nightshade effect'....keep the shades down to discourage the peeping toms!

I think it's a girl thing - we have more hip than the average guy - combine that with a pair of slippery shorts - and the compression tank is bound to creep. I'm pretty tall - which compounds the problem. I have found that the champion ones from target are a little longer than average and stay down better. They also stay down better with spandex bottoms as opposed to a nylon athletic short.

Good luck - your day is coming :)
