My Visual Helper each morning:
I wrote a column of numbers 1-30 on the left side of my bathroom mirror (with dry erase marker) and as I lose...I erase the number(s). At the bottom of the list below #30 I drew a little a Christmas tree...Hopefully all 30 numbers will be erased before Christmas and then some!!!!

so less 30 lbs is 158... I have a 3 month old so I need all the help i can get to get back down to a manageable weight and have more energy so I can keep up with him when he is mobile0 -

I like this idea. I'm going to make a poster though and hang it on my fridge so when I sneak in to grab a midnight snack I can see that reminder =D0 -

I'm joining the party a little late, but here goes:
5' 2" - 39 years old (for a couple more weeks)
Highest non-pregnancy weight ever: 194 (8 years ago)
Current weight from this morning: 158.2
Christmas Goal: 135
I know it's not quite 30, but my previous all-time low was 142 and due to large bones and muscle structure I think less than 135 might actually make me look sickly, but we'll see when I get there - I might adjust lower. I'm down 20 for 2012 total of which 9 is since mid-July when I joined MFP. I've played the yo-yo game for far too long and this time if I hit 140 it's buckle down time, no more slipping back to a size 12 or larger like I've done time and time again. I have PCOS and weight control is difficult, I won't use it as an excuse just acknowledge it's an obstacle I can overcome.

I'm hoping to lose at least 30 by Christmas, maybe even a little more! The last time I lost weight I lost about 10 lbs a month, so I hope that will hold up for a little while (though I know it's not likely haha)0
