I'm down 2 lbs. ...28 to go...
My Visual Helper each morning:
I wrote a column of numbers 1-30 on the left side of my bathroom mirror (with dry erase marker) and as I lose...I erase the number(s). At the bottom of the list below #30 I drew a little a Christmas tree...Hopefully all 30 numbers will be erased before Christmas and then some!!!!

No change this week. Will weigh again Monday. What is showing on the ticker was "before" I joined this challenge, so still need the magic 300

my monday weigh in shows another loss in a pound but no inches. Im having serious doubts about the pound drop so im not gonna log it in today. gonna check again tomorrow :S0

I'll be a couple of days late this week. We're on a camping trip with no access to scales! Hopefully Wednesday morning.0

Weighed in this morning, down to 197.1, I am okay with that because I did not workout hard this weekend or eat great. Start of a new week, and will work hard to stay on track, It is always easier for me to stay on plan during the week, I guess that is one goof thing about working .0

Back on track..no NEW weight loss this week but 4 of the 30 lbs. since the group started is gone..26 more to go before Christmas is doable! Stay vigilant!!!0

Today weight is 222 so I did lose 1 pd.

Starting Weight: 216.8
Current Weight: 213.6
Total Weight Lost: 3.2 lbs
All the success stories with MFP are so inspirational! Every time i feel like "cheating" i come on here and read some of the success stories for inspiration and to remind myself that i can do it too! Thanks everyone!0 -
