TDEE, BMR, and Exercise Calories

I'm on Day Four of the metabolism reset. I didn't exercise much the first 3 days but today I got in a "typical" workout which, if I had stuck to my TDEE (1960), my NET would have been under my BMR (1390). I'm planning to eat back a couple hundred calories to bring my net to my BMR because that "seems" the right thing to do.... but I'm not quite sure. Plus I already feel like I'm eating a TON... soooo looking for some support or advice on this? Maybe look at my diary if I'm not making sense, you'll see what I mean.


Oh, also, I've already lost .5lbs in 4 days... so am I eating the right amount to begin with? Is this possibly normal to lose initially? I was sort of mentally prepared to gain drastically.... and don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled to be losing, but just want to be eating "enough" you know?
