How did everyone do?

Hi guys,
Sorry I was missing in action last week I've been to a music festival since Thursday! It was fab, lots of dancing and walking but maybe one too many ciders!
I just wanted to see how everyone did? I know a few missed out on the last couple of days but I would love to get a run down on what you think you achieved from your first attempt? Here's mine!
**Achievements**
Routine: 30 days with 1 day off per week
Weight loss: 161 lbs to 154lbs - 7 lbs lost (and under 11 stone for the first time in years!!)
Waist: 32.5 in to 31 in - 1.5 inches lost
Hips: 39 in to 37 in - 2 inches lost
Thighs: 25 in to 24 in - 1 inch lost
**Overall**
I'm really pleased with what I achieved in 30 days. I hadn't done any exercise for around 6 months and I was totally feeling it. Over the 30 days not only did I look better I felt more awake, was more energetic and just felt great in general. I think I became a one of those exercise bores though telling everyone about how much I loved it lol!
**Plan moving forward**
So I have 4 weeks until I go to Marrakesh in Morocco for a week so starting tomorrow I will be doing the Ripped in 30 DVD (ok so it'll be ripped in 28 but who's counting lol).
**Goals**
Ideally I would like to lose another 7lbs but I realise as I move closer to my ideal weight the harder weight loss becomes so I'll not be too disappointed if I don't get there because I know that I'll be living a more healthy lifestyle anyway.
