Starting tonight!!! Excited yet Nervous!!

Well my DVD's arrived today so I am going to start my Phase 1 tonight with Cardio 1 and then start the kickstart routine tomorrow (Workout #1 in the AM and Cardio 1 in the PM).

I would love to add new friends who are also using this program!

    Weeks 1 and 2 are fairly easy but worth donig as weeks 3 and 4 are far more intense!
    You will love it.

    Hi! I started yesterday with the kickstart week plan of workouts and meal plan. So far I'm surviving! it's really not so bad, just take the commitment as any other program. The food from the kickstart week is easy to make and pretty tasty so I'm happy there and even though I know I'm not suppossed to weight myself daily....I do!!! and I gotta say 1.5lbs in less than 48hrs is not bad at all!!!

    I did workout 2 this morning and will do the Cardio 1 tonight. Totally exahusted but so worth it I'm sure!

    i'm so excited for you! i just started phase 3 and am missing the early weeks dearly lol.
