Hello all
Well, with the help of MFP I've gone down to a number on the scale that I'm mostly comfortable with - until I get it on the bodyfat percentage and that's something BAD!!!! I know they're not 100% accurate but it's the only thing I've got to measure it with. It's currently about 25-27% (like everything else it moves up and down) and I'd like to get to about 20% at least. Current weight is around 134lbs - I'm 39 yrs old and 5ft 6.
So, I don't want to lose any more "weight" as such, what I want to do is lose "fat". Trying to explain the difference to people is really hard sometimes!!!
Other than lifting heavy (I'm on the "lean" circuit of Chalean Extreme and plan to start NROL4W when I've finished CE) has anyone got any good tips for getting rid of the wibbly wobbly fluffy layer that's sitting on top of my slowly developing muscles?!
Thx x
