Daily Exercise

Good morning/afternoon everyone,

Well I got a few responses to this post yesterday so we'll give it another go and see what happens.

Today I had to ride my motorbike to work as I had an appt at lunch so I couldn't do my usual walk to work. What I did was walk to the works regular Wednesday morning PT session which was 30 mins of ultimate frisbee drills then a 30 min game, and then walked home to get showered changed and ride in. It is a total of about 790 cals for the day :D

What has everyone got planned fo the day?

  • had a killer chest and tris workout, then 30 mins on the elliptical, machine said a little of 300 cals for that but who knows!
