Hi people,
though i was one of the few starting members i have not done callanetics seriously up until yesterday and completing an hour has given me serious insights.
now i have decided after a lot of research and soul searching that i want to do this challenge. lets do 10 hours in two weeks that gives you two off days which you can take as your body demands.
is there anyone who's in it ?
i am starting my hours with following measurements
waist (navel) 35'
waist (narrow) 32'
hips 42'
bust 42'
arms 11.5'

And my week started on 21st aug i.e tomorrow by Indian time. You should finish you two weeks by 15th Sept.

    Hi.
Is it too late to join your challenge? I have the dvd and have used it before but am not consistent. Joining a challenge might be just the motivation I need.

wow...I know I'm about a year late, but I'm so gonna try this. Five days a week? I shall attempt it!

I wish I would have started this winter when I'm inside more. It's tough now that it's gardening season. I just hurt my back this weekend, but in a few days I'll be back to it. I'm looking for 4 hours per week.

    4 hours is still awesome!

We could do that for two weeks starting today and see if anything's changed?

Definitely! I like challenges for this reason. Gives me a push when I'm not really in the mood to do it!
