it seems a lifetime ago since I last did callanetics. but I've always had fantastic results in the past. going back to basics with callanetics for beginners. then 10 years younger in 10 hours. anyone else on the callanetics train this year?
I recently bought the DVD, as I haven't done the exercises since the VHS days. Today was my first day back, and I feel like jelly! I'm just wondering if anyone else is here, as it looks like the group hasn't been active since 2013. Let me know if you're still here!

Wow I love Callanetics. I have the original vhs tape that I do. I have done it twice and have all ready lost 1/2 inch off of my waist and thighs. Can anyone tell me what is new on the newer versions of the program.
