Difference Between Turbo Jam & Turbo Fire

Can anyone tell me the difference between the two? I've been substituting the odd Insanity workout into my Chalean Extreme schedule but I'm so tired of Insanity that I'm losing all motivation to do it. I'd like something new and was thinking I'd do one of the Turbo's, but not sure which which one.
