Has anyone one tried the low impact Fire Starter routines from Turbo Fire?
I need something low impact. My knees aren't in the best shaped and my doc is stating that I need to goes easy on my knees, less I want a TKR earlier than I should be expected to need.
Thanks!

Yes. I started Turbo Fire with the Fire Starter kit. It's only 2 DVDs. One has the Fire Starter Class (steady state cardio where Chalene teaches the moves) and Stretch 10. The other DVD has Low HIIT 20, Low HIIT 25, and Stretch 10. I absolutely love the HIITs and they are now my main form of cardio. (I've done Turbo Jam for about a year so I already know the moves.) Recently, I added in Turbo Fire Greatest HIITs which is available as a single DVD purchase. It also has the same woman doing modifications so you can make it lower impact if you want.0
