I apologize if this has been asked before, but what are the signs of your body going into ketosis?

I hear people speak on it a lot, but not sure how you known when you are there or not.

    for me:

    bad breath
    rash
    weight loss :)

    Get ketone testing strips. They are fairly cheap in the pharmacy section of your grocery store. You simply pass the end of the little strip through your urine and compare the color to the picture on the bottle.

    pee sticks are fun tho. they keep me in line more than the scale does.

    Does anyone know where you can get these in Australia? I cant find them at Priceline, was wondering if they even sell them over here?

    I have noticed a metal taste usually. You can also look and see if there is a film above the pee in the toilet.
