What do you want to achieve?

Hello Ladies,
So I wondered what you ladies were aiming to achieve through the 30 day shred?
I'm personally not doing it to lose weight but to tone up my muffin top (stomach and love handles) I've noticed that I'm not jiggling so much. It's nice.
I'm using diet to try and get rid of the fat. But I think I've actually put on a few pounds since starting... not sure why, but I'm not going to let it get me down... I'd rather weigh more and look like I weigh less, than look all skinny fat!
xx

I'd like to make my goal of a 5 pound loss for the 30 days, but honestly, I just want to achieve a level of committment that I haven't had in years.
I've haven't stuck with a program for more than 3 weeks because I get bored and make excuses and then just stop altogether for months on end. A better physique is the by-product of the committment, for me, the committment is the hardest part, especially during those tough moments and days when giving up is just plain easy...and feels better than perservering.
All that to say, I'll be most proud of myself for sticking to it no matter what the outcome - it'll show that I can do any program for 30 days...especially one with days off! lol.0
