scale obsessive

ok so I'm one of those who is obsessed with the scale. I get frustrated when I get on the scale and notice that I'm not losing pounds. Although I am losing inches, I still get frustrated. I actually tend to gain a few pounds while losing inches and working out hard. What are your guys suggestions to get passed this or how do you stay positive when this occurs?

    Put your scale in the back of your car =) Thats how i keep from obsessing. Haha

    weight in at the end of every ten days /level. but take your measurements first ;) thats my trick

    have someone hide it from you and take it out only at the ned of each level!
