Meal Plans

Does anyone wanna share any low calorie meal plan ideas? I've been eating the same breakfast for a week and surprisingly I haven't gotten tired of it. Thought I'd share a meal that I eat on a daily basis that has worked wonders! :)

Every morning for breakfast I have 290 calories!

2 Hard Boiled Eggs (great source of protein!) (70 calories each for a total of 140)
1 Yoplait Light Yogurt (all flavors are 90 calories)
3 Slices of Oscar Meyer Turkey Breast Slices (60 calories)
and I lay out maybe 10 little pieces of honey nut cheerios ( I don't calorie count these... it's only 10 pieces)


So... anyone else have any really good meal plans? I find myself kinda struggling for good meal plans for lunch. Most of the time I eat a lean pocket, smart one's meal, soup in hand, tuna meal, or salad.

Dinner is pretty good. I always have veggies whether it be salad form or actual steamed, boiled, or sauteed veggies and a protein source like fish, chicken, or turkey! I LOVE Jennie-O Turkey Burgers! :)
