help again I'm plateaued again

I am about 40 pounds from goal
This is my info from fat2fit website :

Daily Calories
Sedentary (little or no exercise, desk job) 1692
Lightly Active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk) 1939
Moderately Active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk) 2186
Very Active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk) 2432
Extremely Active (hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or 2X day training, i.e marathon, contest etc.) 2679

I exercise daily. I do interval training, weights and cardio. I need calories or I cant do my exercises. I tend to rest once a day sometimes. sometimes no . I walk 10-20 miles a week as well. I run 5 miles a week I am pretty active. I weigh 190 now I would like to get to 159 for now. then probably to 135 after that we'll see.

Right now im set at 1700 calories. My nutritionist told me NOT to eat over 1900 calories but if i burn 1000 calories that concerns me being very low net.
How much should i be eating? I just want to lose at a steady rate.
Also what should be my carb/ protein ratio be?

I know Im not eating enough but I'm confused on what to eat help

    Hi there,

    Have you read the "What is Tdee and BMR" topic? I would strongly suggest cutting back a bit on the cardio and start a strength training program. Determine the correct activity level and eat at a 10% cut of TDEE or consider a full metabolic reset.

    Also, everyone needs rest. Working out everyday, doesn't allow the body to recouperate. Consider taking two days off from exercise and just relax.
