Hey back! 23kg! Wow! (Love being able to read that and not have to figure out how to convert lbs to kg too, lol!)

I've just joined MFP, lost 9kg before joining but flatlining a bit now.

I see you like Tool- the soundtrack of my teens, (along with manson, korn, radiohead, the list goes on), love it, . These days our house is more dubstep, dance etc, my kids dictate, but at least it's not Beiber or Katy Perry!
