I find that if I use it in 1/4 cup amounts its easy to incorporate with no carb meatballs, stuffed peppers or to spice up grilled chicken and beef

victoria brand is super low in carbs so i use that. i think someone said walmart brand is low as well.
sometimes there are low sugar/salt/heart healthy ones which don't have any added sugars.
it's summer! (well, if you're in the northern hemisphere) make homemade saucethat way you can beef it up with less carby veg like zucchini, spinach, celery etc.

Linda's Low Carb website has a recipe for red enchilada sauce that is 15g net carbs per cup but you might be able to drop the carbs by using liquid splenda or omitting it altogether (the tomato sauce should be sweet enough).0
