    victoria brand is super low in carbs so i use that. i think someone said walmart brand is low as well.
    sometimes there are low sugar/salt/heart healthy ones which don't have any added sugars.

    it's summer! (well, if you're in the northern hemisphere) make homemade sauce :D that way you can beef it up with less carby veg like zucchini, spinach, celery etc.

    I use Raos sauces. Very tasty and 3g net carbs per 1/2 cup.

    Linda's Low Carb website has a recipe for red enchilada sauce that is 15g net carbs per cup but you might be able to drop the carbs by using liquid splenda or omitting it altogether (the tomato sauce should be sweet enough).
