Day 9 done! I had to modify the cardio to non-impact moves (marching in place) because in a grand klutz move yesterday, I fell of a curb and rolled my ankle. It's pretty stiff and swollen this morning, so I figured jumping wasn't a good idea. But, I didn't let a sore ankle become an excuse to skip my workout and that a HUGE improvement for me!

Day 10 done today, which means I'm done with Level 1! I'm taking the weekend off to rest my ankle (though I might get a bike ride in) and plan on starting Level 2 on Monday.
Results: Loss of 2 lbs. and 3.25" overall.
