Day 3 of 30 Day Shred for Me.

Today was day 3 for me... Im still in much pain from the first 2 days but today it didnt seem as hard. Was still hard to do. Mainly the push ups because my muscles are so sore and dont have time to relax since im always picking up my 5 month old also the squatting and lunges were still diffucult.. Put in some parts i could get a little lower than I could 2 days ago. Not by much But I am starting to tell. because my legs hurt the lower i got the more stretched out they got and it felt a litle better (until i stood up lol). How is everyone else doing who has already started?!?!

Wow, that is wonderful that you are already noticing a change only 3 days in !! Be sure to take a rest day every now & then, your body needs some time to rest :happy:0 -
My shins are killing me today, rest of my body is pretty good...not too sore. I'm going to look up what I'm doing wrong if my shins are hurting though. Those squat and press, lunges, etc are the ones that hurt me but nonetheless I did the work out for the day, in the morning to get it over with, and burned 344 calories! :-)0
