32kg x 10 swings
26kg x 10 swings
Repeated 5 or so times
The 32 is pretty heavy0 -
**** DL session tonight.
Right that's it im jacking this is in, losing nothing apart from strength at moment, pointless carrying on any further and the main thing is im really not enjoying training right now.
Gonna add another 10-15lbs of mass and try again.0 -
definitely look leaner to me mate Good luck with the bulking.
