Why aren't I loosing?

I'm at a plateau right now big time....I've been doing MFP since Sept of 2011 and I'm only down 25lbs....I exercise everyday twice a day... Gym in the afternoon @ work and then Zumba or Line Dancing/Hustle Class in the evening...Everything I eat is fresh...chicken, turkey or seafood...lots of veggies and fruits...Don't get me wrong I know I'm loosing inches and toning up as I'm down one pants size and looks like I'm going down again because the size I'm in now is getting too big and im swimming in my shirts...
But Is it wrong of me to be depressed even though I'm seeing the results in inches but not on the scale?
Or is it an age thing...you know harder to loose once you hit forty because of menopause...Any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it!

You need to start changing things up. Are you still doing the same routines? I was an aerobics instructor for over 10 years, and I use to see the same people in my class. They would loose weight up to a certain point then hit that plateau. Although, I love seeing them in my class, I would tell them to stop coming to my class and change it up.
How about running? Or boot camp? Try tabata? This way you can hit High intensity workouts. Your workouts should becoming more efficient. I use to go from 10 hours at the gym a week. Now I only workout 4-5 hours a week. My workouts are more efficient. Let me know if this work.0
