Ending Week 2!!!!

Hey everyone! I have a question about the INSANITY workout. My husband and I are ending our 2nd week (YAHOO!!!!! WE are doing great), tomorrow we have the Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs....now the Pure Cardio is the normal 40 minute workout, then you have the quick 17 minute Cardio Abs...any suggestions on if it's recommended to do them back to back together or is it okay to break them up, do one in the morning and then one in the evening? Keep in mind I have a 2 year old, she can only chill for so long..LOL!!!! THANKS ALL!!!!!!

    You can break them up. If you do them together, I always do cardio abs first; most of it's on the floor so you won't be completely gassed for pure cardio.

    Wife and I just finished week two also. If you do pure cardio and cardio abs together, do you think it would be ok to skip the cool down of pure cardio if doing that first? I didn't really see a point to cooling down to do another workout and cool down again.

    I did them back to back, starting with the pure cardio. If i could go back and switch things up I either A) would have done pure cardio in the morning and then the cardio abs when I got home from, or B) I would have done the cardio abs BEFORE the pure cardio. Today was day 1 of month 2 for me. and i do plan on doing at least one more round of insanity before moving on to a different routine. And with the next go around I will again try to do the cardio first and then the abs (see how I feel, because i was completly gassed doing it this way the first time) but will realistically do the ab work out first, and then the cardio.
