Cutting Protips

Thought it would be nice to have a thread about cutting tips, and general cutting strategies, Any tips you have, post ITT.

If you have cravings, dont cut out junk, even in a 2500-2000kcal diet, you should be able to find the space for the odd cake or McDonalds. Better to have something in moderation then snap and binge

Green Tea and Cinnamon both have thermogenic properties, eating a bit of these things

Big plates of veges and lean meats will fill you more than fattier cuts

Dont neglect your fats!

    Simple ones for me.

    Plenty of water.

    Eat slowly.

    if you have a trigger food, don't keep it in the house.

    If you are prone to binging, consciously make the decision to something massive volume first e.g. oats.

    Hit those macros!

    Avoid high glycemic index food which could wake up your sugar rush after the glucose regulation.
    Whole foods overs simple sugars.
    Enough sleep, lack of sleep increases appetite.
    Don't hang in house, around the kitchen, too tempting to eat those sweets in a row.
