Progress Report - how much have you lost?

How much have you lost since you joined this group?

I'm currrently 225 and have 30lbs to go to 195 by Christmas. I haven't lost anything in the past week but I did lose about an inch off my waist.

    I've lost 20 lbs since April 16th, plan on at least another 20 by Christmas, however 30 is my hope goal:) LOL

    Still learning how to use MFP.

    I'm going to weigh in on Monday mornings.

    I "stumbled" this week - have a ton of boring excuses, but I'm back on it this morning. Swam 45 lengths this morning, 70 make a mile.

    Todays going to be a big day. Two parties to make it through although using MFP to count the calories I'm finding will help me stay focused at the parties and also make me realize I didn't eat as much as I thought....

    But I promise myself to make it through today focused on not eating everything in sight as I usually do.

    Well.. I've lost 54 since Jan. BUT I gained three from being sick for a week and not controlling myself. However, I'm feeling much better, so it's game on.

    I've lost 5.8lb this week. Day 200 since I made my commitment to get fit and started using MFP as my motivational and tracking tool.

    When I first got on this thing about 12 days ago I was at 292, last Monday the scale said 288. Sooo 4 lbs.

    I joined last week sometime. I went down from 179.4 to 178.8 this morning. Getting there.

    Actually I'm in maintance since March! It took me 12 months to reach my goal! Now, its just as hard lately to keep within a couple pounds of my goal weight! I can do this! I have my second 5k in October! :drinker: :smile: :bigsmile:

    I will weigh in Mon since last week was an crazy at work so it was hard to keep on track! I want to stay WITHIN A COUPLE POUNDS OF my goal weight! 135!!!!! :drinker: :drinker:

    I havent lost anything, I keep fluctuating 1lb which is normal. I am from Newburgh, Maine. (for your spreadsheet) :)

  • Well I'm new to this and my motivation is getting married Sept 30 and wanting a healthier life for both my wife to be and myself as oftoday I lost 2 more lbs making 3.8 lbs

    Everyone else.. if you havent yet feel free to open that document up and add your numbers.. Im pretty sure weigh in days are Tuesdays but if your weigh in day is Mon or another day we're not too picky..

    BTW I havent lost a thing in the last week. :) But its coming

  • i downloaded the spreadsheet im not on it so ive added myself- hope that is okay. if not - to bad im still gonna loose 30lbs by christmas haha!

    year2doit- Alannah From Edmonton, AB start weight was 366 down to 354 - 8lbs lost

    going to up my goal for 50lbs!

    My starting weight was 178. I am down to 171 now. My goal is 145 :) Want to get into my size 8 jeans by Christmas time :)

    I gained two pounds.

    Honestly, I'm at the point where I'm sick about not losing scale numbers. Really a shot to the confidence some days :(

    Bad weekend. Gained 1.6lbs.

    Back to work tomorrow so hopefully will lose some this week.
