How much have you lost since you joined this group?
I'm currrently 225 and have 30lbs to go to 195 by Christmas. I haven't lost anything in the past week but I did lose about an inch off my waist.

I've lost 20 lbs since April 16th, plan on at least another 20 by Christmas, however 30 is my hope goal:) LOL0

Still learning how to use MFP.
I'm going to weigh in on Monday mornings.
I "stumbled" this week - have a ton of boring excuses, but I'm back on it this morning. Swam 45 lengths this morning, 70 make a mile.
Todays going to be a big day. Two parties to make it through although using MFP to count the calories I'm finding will help me stay focused at the parties and also make me realize I didn't eat as much as I thought....
But I promise myself to make it through today focused on not eating everything in sight as I usually do.0 -
Well.. I've lost 54 since Jan. BUT I gained three from being sick for a week and not controlling myself. However, I'm feeling much better, so it's game on.0

When I first got on this thing about 12 days ago I was at 292, last Monday the scale said 288. Sooo 4 lbs.0

Actually I'm in maintance since March! It took me 12 months to reach my goal! Now, its just as hard lately to keep within a couple pounds of my goal weight! I can do this! I have my second 5k in October! :drinker: :bigsmile:

Well I'm new to this and my motivation is getting married Sept 30 and wanting a healthier life for both my wife to be and myself as oftoday I lost 2 more lbs making 3.8 lbs0

Everyone else.. if you havent yet feel free to open that document up and add your numbers.. Im pretty sure weigh in days are Tuesdays but if your weigh in day is Mon or another day we're not too picky..

I gained two pounds.
Honestly, I'm at the point where I'm sick about not losing scale numbers. Really a shot to the confidence some days0 -
