Incredible.

Hi All
For the past two weeks I've been eating 700 calories more a day than I was for the previous 6 months.
I've worked out 9 or 10 times over that period. 20 minutes to half hour gentle cardio and about an hour weights and resistance plus stretching.

My weight has stayed exactly the same but my body fat is down 0.5%
IN TWO WEEKS!

I'm able to work out more as I'm on holiday from work but I was smiling from ear to ear in the gym as I got off the scales (and looked silly beaming a smile in only a bra and knickers)

School has a gym so when I go back I can use it daily and this has given me the boost I need to make sure I use it every day after I've finished teaching and assessing work.

Thanks for the support and encouragement here and on the EM2WL site. I was petrified and still might gain - I realise that, but this is a great start.
