introductions

hi everyone
i want to join this group but as i don't think i know a lot of you already here, i thought i'd post a quick intro.
my name is joni (hi). i'm a fatty :-).
i've gone from 110kgs to about 80kgs (that's about 60lbs loss) over the past 18 months or so from starting to run, then carrying on and eventually running a marathon.
i have been running for what feels like ever, but i've stayed the same weight for at least the last 8 months. the lightest i've managed to get is about 79.6kgs. so, i've kind of fallen off the 'monitoring my diet' wagon and now just eat whatever i want. and i'm still about 82kgs, which i've become happy with because i'm fitter.
now i'm in training again for another marathon at the end of october, and i'm interested to see how my weight loss goes with a dramatic increase in exercise, following my last post marathon slump!
i find logging my food a bit dramatic, but i'll do it! if it means i can get back into a good routine and be held accountable, i'll bloody do it.
well, hope to get to know you all a bit better.
cheers
joni
