activity level

I'm still having trouble figuring my out my activity level. I walk about 5 miles at a decent clip, 5 days a week. I also do some other exercise - yoga, tai chi, stretch/weights/ or light aerobics - 5 days a week (only one, sometimes 2 classes a day. ) These classes are all kind of light, designed for active seniors. My walking should burn about 500 calories a day, and the other classes - hard to calculate - but I don't think it's another 400 a day. I actually think I do 10 hours a week moderate. On Scooby's my choices are 3-5 moderate, or 5-6 strenuous. If I do 5-6 strenuous my TDEE is 900 more than my BMR. 3-5 moderate is 700 more. I think they both sound high. Any advice?

Personally I would go with moderate.
I know I don't burn 500 calories for walking 5 miles and I am 30 yrs old and walk at a good pace.0 -
I kinda agree that it would be considered as moderate.
I know many say that the time is more important than intensity but I just do not see it. I know that walking barely make my HR go up to 90 while running keep me around 160 bpm. For the same duration, the calorie burn would be more important when running and my TDEE would be higher.0
