Questions?

hi everyone! i need help...basically i've lost a lot of weight over the past couple of years (around 80lbs)...and at the beginning i cut back on food (calories) really hard...so NOW, as i struggle to get these last 15lbs off, it just doesn't seem to be working. I'm stuck at 145-147 (for the past like 3 months or more). So here is a rundown of where i'm at:

cw: 145
gw: 130

avg calories (daily): 1200-1600
workout: 5-6 days a week (cardio, and some weights) mostly cardio..burning about 700 calories day

Any advise would be greatly appreciated, thanx
